Request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out
Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject, or use our contact form. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the account or email involved. You may also request a portable copy or information about recipients. Include your state so we can apply the relevant law; do not send passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents in your initial message.
An authorized agent can submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proportionate verification for access, correction, or deletion and proof of the agent’s authority. Browser analytics opt-outs take effect immediately without identity verification.
Appeal a decision
Reply to our decision, or email [email protected] with “Privacy appeal” and the original request reference. We will explain the outcome within the applicable legal deadline. You may also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator. Read the Privacy policy for the rights and timeframes that may apply.
What these controls cover
These browser settings apply to the marketing website origin you are visiting. Choices on elyxir.ai and tryalvin.com are stored separately. Optional analytics is off by default, and Global Privacy Control takes priority over an analytics opt-in. Essential security and service operations continue.
An email request is sent only when you choose to send it through your mail app. Changing a browser setting does not automatically delete previously collected data or change a separate signed-in product’s settings. For those requests, contact us using the details above.
