Agents

Agents

The specialists behind Alvin — who they are and what each one handles.

Rather than one model doing everything, Alvin has specialists. You talk normally; the right one picks up the work.

The roster

Alvin — the path finder

Reads your intent and routes each prompt to the model best suited to it, weighing complexity and cost. Alvin is the default: unless you've pinned a model or another specialist has taken over, Alvin decided who answered.

Victoria — the creative

Generates and edits images and video in the conversation. Providers and fallbacks are handled for you — you ask for a picture, you get a picture, and Victoria deals with which model made it.

Available from Standard.

Chris — the builder

A full coding canvas: editor, terminal, and live preview. Describe what you want and watch it get built, then iterate on it in the same conversation.

Available from Standard.

Peter — the project manager

Runs boards and planners, sequences work, delegates to the other agents, and keeps checklists honest. Useful when the job is bigger than one prompt.

Ava — the architect

Turns plain language into automated workflows and custom agents. No code required — describe the workflow and Ava wires it up.

How they hand off

You don't summon an agent by name. Ask for the work and the handoff happens on its own: mention a chart and you'll get a sheet, ask for a mockup and Victoria takes it, describe an app and Chris opens a code canvas.

When an agent takes over, the conversation says so — you can always tell who is doing what and which model is behind it.

Genie

Genie is different from the five above. It's a persistent personal agent — it keeps memory across sessions, uses the tools you connect, and works on longer-running tasks. It's seat-based rather than always-on.
