Organizations

Organizations are the core workspace in Elyxir. They contain your team members, API keys, billing, and usage analytics.

Organization Overview

Each organization includes:

• Team Members: Users with access to the organization
• API Keys: Credentials for API access
• Billing: Subscription and payment settings
• Analytics: Usage and cost tracking
• Settings: Configuration options

Accessing Organization Settings

1. Sign in to studio.elyxir.ai
2. Click Settings in the navigation
3. Select Organization

Key Concepts

Workspaces

Your organization is your workspace where:

• All team activity happens
• Resources are shared
• Costs are consolidated
• Access is controlled

Resource Sharing

Within an organization:

• API keys are shared (based on permissions)
• Analytics are consolidated
• Billing is centralized
• Settings are organization-wide

Managing Your Organization

Organization Profile

Update basic information:

1. Go to Settings > Organization > General
2. Edit organization name
3. Update contact information
4. Upload organization logo

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:

1. Click the organization selector in the header
2. Select the organization to switch to
3. All views update to that organization

Creating Organizations

New Organization

1. Click the organization selector
2. Select Create Organization
3. Enter organization name
4. Complete setup wizard

Organization Setup

After creation:

1. Invite team members
2. Configure billing
3. Set up API keys
4. Review settings
