Team Members

Manage team members to collaborate on AI projects, share resources, and control access to your organization.

Viewing Members

1. Go to Settings > Organization > Members
2. View current team members
3. See roles and invitation status

Member List

The members table shows:

Inviting Members

Send Invitation

1. Go to Settings > Organization > Members
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter email address
4. Select role (Admin or Member)
5. Click Send Invitation

Invitation Process

1. Invitee receives email with invitation link
2. They click the link to accept
3. If new to Elyxir, they create an account
4. They're added to your organization

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invitations:

• Resend: Send invitation again
• Cancel: Remove the invitation
• View: See invitation details

Managing Members

Changing Roles

1. Find the member in the list
2. Click the role dropdown
3. Select new role
4. Confirm the change

Removing Members

1. Find the member to remove
2. Click the menu icon (three dots)
3. Select Remove from Organization
4. Confirm removal

Member Activity

View member activity:

• Recent API usage
• Last login time
• Actions performed

Bulk Operations

For multiple members:

• Export member list
• Bulk role changes (Admin only)

Best Practices

1. Invite early: Add team members as soon as they need access
2. Use appropriate roles: Don't over-provision Admin access
3. Regular review: Periodically audit member list
4. Offboarding: Remove members when they leave the team

Troubleshooting

Invitation Not Received

• Check spam/junk folder
• Verify email address is correct
• Resend the invitation
• Check if email domain is blocked

Cannot Change Role

• Only Owners can change roles
• Cannot change the Owner role
• Admins cannot demote other Admins
