Turbo Mode

Turbo Mode

Ask several top models at once and get the best of all their answers.

Normally Alvin routes your prompt to one model. Turbo mode sends it to several of the best models in parallel and synthesizes a single answer from what comes back.

When it's worth it

Turbo shines where models genuinely disagree, or where you can't afford to miss something:

  • High-stakes questions where one model's blind spot matters
  • Creative work, where more variety gives you more to choose from
  • Research and analysis, where different models surface different angles
  • Anything you'd otherwise ask twice, in two tabs, to sanity-check

For everyday questions it's overkill — routing to one good model gets the same answer for a fraction of the cost.

Using it

Turn on Turbo in the chat settings and send your message as usual. Several models answer at once, and you get one synthesized response.

Cost

Turbo costs more, roughly in proportion to how many models answer — you're paying for each of them, plus the synthesis. Use it deliberately rather than leaving it on.

How many models

The number of models that can answer in parallel rises with your plan. Free is single-model; paid plans run several at once, and Ultimate the most. See Limits & quotas.
